An early 7am start to Venice today going via a toboggan run in Bad Durrnberg to help break up the 7 hour journey. We got there just after 10am and headed straight in

Great view at the top and then we were away on the 2.2km slide down

Onwards to Venice another 4 hours away but easy drive along the motorways with many great sights along the way

Just after 4pm and having hit over 2000km in the van we reached Venice and immediately hit the best pizza place locally – Al Calese

Then no stopping the kids diving into the pool 

Tomorrow we plan to go into Venice starting with a tour of the Doge’s Palace and then Hannah’s roadtrip surprise in the afternoon
