Just a quick note to say that after 21 hours of travelling we have arrived! One long drive through the night to Frankfurt, a shuttle bus, 2 trains and a taxi and we have got the camper van parked up for the night

The kids are loving the wide open back seats. Really great little versatile van with everything we need for the next month. Will write more about the van next week

We are at Europa Park for our first couple of days. Manic free for all campsite site run by the park that doesn’t allow prebooking but it’s 2 mins walk from the main gate, clean, has a great Wild West atmosphere and very cheap at 25€ a night. As its their annual summer event the park’s rides will be open until midnight tomorrow
